This couple's yard was heavily shaded. Although, the shade is normally welcomed here in Texas, they were too shaded. Grass was no longer able to grow and without grass their soil began eroded away, causing undesirable drainage issues. 
We came in with a brand new sub-surface 4in PVC drain with multiple inlets from graded areas throughout the yard, flower beds, and gutter downspouts. Once the drain was complete we hauled in 10 yards of enriched topsoil to raise the yard back to it's original height and to provide the best nutrients for his new sod. 
We also extended their flower beds, added a dry creek bed, and planted more Asian Jasmine.
